I need to stat thinking like this.

so chris had his issue 5 release party on friday. alberto and i had an idea before hand to get real white trash style and do keg stands and chest bumps the hole time and see if it would weird chris out. this is funny for two reason, 1. because Alberto is puerto rican, and im 1/16th american indian, and B……well there is no B it was just going to be funny. so about half way into the party i looked at chris and asked, “what do you think about doing some keg stands”, well at least thats what i was thinking in my head i’m sure it came out of my mouth much differently, and he said ” great idea lets do it “. at that moment the party went from a nice sophisticated literary reading event to a full blown keg stand party. their were really weird concepts being throw around about purple slinkie’s and 2 B’s and 1 P, but all in all it was a great party, and lots of fun. go to annalemma for the full breakdown.

so charles and i went traveled to the land of new york city to do some visual stuff for washed outs second show ever! here is a clip of the show from the viewers perspective. more vids to come.

on day 3 we arrive at charles house in downtown SD. we feel somewhat like lesser men for our meager attempts at lobstering over the weekend. 

so what do real men do when they want to forget about their failures, they drink it off of course.

charles thought it would be funny to slip 42 hits of LSD into my drink

which is what spauned this weird/cool pictures of our new favorite band for the week phantogram

they played a great show opening for school of 7 bells

and in my opinion stole the show

all in all this was an amazing trip. we are still collectively talking about it, and working on plans for our next one. hope you enjoyed our journey through the the wild west. see ya next time.

DAY 2 j man wakes up with his new hair cut ruined and not very happy about it. 

the search continues for a spot to find more of those tasty tasty treats…..mmmmmm

our spot was chosen

and we tried for about an hour to capture more bugs AKA lobster

we failed so bad we decided to body surf the rest of the session.

this is what happens when you think you still got it, and then you realize your 30

team alliance was friendly throw us a BBQ to help us feel better for completely failing at capturing lobsters

and ella was nice enough to make us smiley face cookies from scratch out of her EZ bake oven.

i heart yum yums

and this guys hearts transformers masks, well so do i, and i think i am going to start wearing one in the office.
